Active Panther delivers to addresses in NL, EU1, EU2 and EU3 countries. Unfortunately, shipping outside these regions is not possible. In that case, please contact us.

Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands will be delivered (if in stock) within 1-2 working days after shipment.

DHL will deliver your order to your home. If you are not home, DHL will try again the next day.

If you are not at home twice in a row, you can collect the package within three weeks at a service point near you.

Not home during the day? No problem! Enter a different address in the checkout procedure (for example your work address) and we will send your order there. Please note! Delivery to a PO Box address is not possible.

POSTAGE COSTS

The following applies to delivery addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany:

For orders over €50,- we will cover the shipping costs. For orders with a lower order amount we charge €4.95 shipping costs.

The following applies to delivery addresses abroad:

For orders over €99.95 we will cover the shipping costs.
For orders with a lower order amount we charge €10.00 (EU1), €15.95 (EU2) and €25.95 (EU3) shipping costs.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the item for you or you can return it.
You can exchange and/or return your order within 14 working days of receipt.
If you want to exchange an item for example for another color and/or size, then you return the item and indicate on the return form which size or color you want to receive. We will then send you this item free of charge.

Are you not satisfied with your purchase or have you changed your mind? Then return it to us, together with the completed return form with your details.

Returned items must be in their original condition and unworn with all original tags and labels attached (you may try the item on, of course). Items that are damaged or stained will not be accepted. Items that were not purchased through this website cannot be returned.

Sending returns

You can easily return items by sending your return shipment to us in the original packaging.
For shipping, use the pre-printed return label. Always include the completed return form with your details so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

You can drop off the package at a service point near you.

Postage is not required. Do not forget to keep the proof of delivery, this is the proof of shipment. This allows us to trace the package if it is delayed.
Once we have received your order, this will be confirmed to you by email.

If you do not find a pre-printed return label with your order, you can use the reply number below for the return shipment. Always enclose the completed return form with your details so that we can process your return shipment as quickly as possible.

There are costs associated with a return shipment. When you return part of the order, you pay a contribution to the return costs of € 3.95. This amount will be settled in the refund. If the entire order is returned, the shipping costs will be waived. For shipments from abroad you pay € 5.95 (EU1), € 11.95 (EU2) and € 25.00 (EU3)
These costs will be automatically deducted from the amount to be returned afterwards.
